Low clouds and patchy marine stratus should break up by mid to late morning, giving way to sunshine inland and a light southwest breeze around 5 mph. Tonight stays mostly clear with a low near 58°F, and Monday is on track to warm into the mid 80s. According to the National Weather Service, daytime highs will hover near seasonal averages across the valley.
Coastal Drizzle And Gusty Pockets
A weak frontal boundary is lined up to bring the best chance for light rain or drizzle to the north Oregon coast and Pacific County, Washington today and again on Tuesday. Inland spots might see only a few passing sprinkles at most. Offshore and nearshore waters may see southwest gusts of roughly 15–20 mph this afternoon, with brief, intermittent gusts of 22–25 mph possible off the south Washington and far northern Oregon coasts, though impacts should be limited and no small craft advisory is currently in effect, per the National Weather Service.

On Monday, July 27, highs should reach about 84°F, with a slow warming trend building through the rest of the week and a warmer day near 87°F possible on Friday, July 31. Tuesday may run a little cooler along the coast as marine clouds regroup, but inland plans are looking good for outdoor activities most afternoons.
