Tuesday afternoon shopping at a North Lauderdale Walmart took a grim turn when a man was shot in the parking lot and rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, authorities said. A woman was detained at the scene and is now in custody as Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives investigate and keep part of the lot taped off.
