Deputy Yendi Camacho was arrested by the Medina County Sheriff's Office, according to Fox San Antonio. The outlet reports that Camacho has been employed with the Frio County Sheriff's Office since June 2024, and that Frio County internal investigators are cooperating with Medina County authorities as they gather information.
