Wednesday will turn sunny with a high near 81 degrees and north-northwest winds around 5 mph. Thursday looks nearly identical at about 80 degrees, while Friday brings the warmest day of the immediate stretch with a high near 86.
The National Weather Service Portland forecast calls for dry conditions through Friday, with clear or mostly clear skies overnight. Lows will dip to the mid-50s Wednesday night before gradually rising toward 60 degrees by Friday night.
Light Rain Could Interrupt Saturday Plans
A weak front could bring a slight chance of light rain late Friday night and Saturday morning, with the best chance before 11 a.m. Saturday. The day should then turn mostly sunny, but temperatures will ease back to around 77 degrees.
Rain chances are low, and any showers are expected to be light. For outdoor plans, Saturday morning is the only notable weather wrinkle in an otherwise cooperative stretch, and no watches, warnings or advisories are currently posted for the area.
Warmth Returns Early Next Week
Sunday will be sunny and comfortable with a high near 75 degrees, followed by a jump to 85 on Monday. Tuesday is forecast to reach 89 degrees under sunny skies, bringing Portland back toward another warm spell after the weekend cooldown.
