Go Greek Yogurt is coming back to the Las Vegas Strip. The Beverly Hills-based yogurt bar and café is planning to open a new location at 3747 S. Las Vegas Blvd. inside BLVD Las Vegas sometime in the first quarter of 2027, joining a wave of new eateries set to debut at the sprawling Strip complex.
The news was first reported by WhatNow, which noted that Go Greek will serve frozen Greek yogurt and handcrafted Greek yogurt with modern flavors and toppings at the new spot. The chain has not yet finalized an opening date, and a franchisee for the Las Vegas location has not yet been confirmed, according to the outlet. WhatNow Las Vegas reached out to Julio Oliva, Go Greek's director of store and franchise operations, about the upcoming opening and expansion plans.
This marks a return engagement for the brand in the Las Vegas Valley. Go Greek previously opened a location inside The Venetian Resort and Palazzo in summer 2018, but that café has since closed permanently, per the same account. The new BLVD location will be the brand's first Las Vegas storefront since then.
A Strip Megaproject Built From the Ground Up
BLVD Las Vegas is a $172 million, 400,000-square-foot retail and entertainment complex spanning three stories with 700 feet of Strip frontage and a 110,000-square-foot rooftop terrace, according to Commercial Property Executive. Developed by Gindi Capital and the Cherng Family Trust on 9.5 acres, the project replaced the Hawaiian Marketplace and Cable Center Shops, a lower-scale strip mall and food court that had operated on the site since 2004 before it was shuttered in mid-2022 and demolished in 2023, as Casino.org reported.
The complex has already landed major global retail flagships, including a 25,000-square-foot Adidas store, a 20,000-square-foot H&M, and a 20,000-square-foot Puma, which opened in November 2024 as BLVD's first active retail tenant. In June, In-N-Out Burger opened a three-story, 10,520-square-foot flagship on the complex's third floor, featuring 8,000 square feet of indoor space and a 2,500-square-foot outdoor patio overlooking the Strip — a location recognized as the burger chain's largest in the world, according to Real Vegas Magazine.
Go Greek Joins a Crowded Dining Lineup
Go Greek is set to arrive alongside several other newly announced food and drink concepts slated to open at BLVD in the first quarter of 2027, including Tenshou Collection, Pepper Lunch, and Mothership Coffee Roasters, per a BLVD Las Vegas announcement. The complex has also secured upscale dining and nightlife additions, including Tokyo's Bar Centifolia and Silverlake Ramen, which Hoodline reported on in March, further expanding the center's food options through 2026 and 2027.
Go Greek Yogurt was founded in 2012 in Beverly Hills, California, by Jonathan Williams Margaritakis, Tanja Subotic, and David Subotic, according to WhatNow. What began as a single European-inspired yogurt bar in the United States has grown into an international franchise, with more than 20 franchise yogurt bars across the Middle East, per the outlet. The California-based brand operates domestic storefronts in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Studio City, and Brentwood, and serves authentic imported Mediterranean probiotic yogurt with simple toppings.
Part of a Broader Expansion Push
The Las Vegas return fits into a wider pattern of growth for Go Greek, which has been placing storefronts inside high-profile mixed-use megadevelopments nationwide. The brand previously signed on as a food tenant at the multi-billion-dollar Miami Worldcenter in Florida, according to Commercial Observer. Hoodline has also tracked Go Greek's expansion closer to home, including a Larchmont storefront debut, a first New York City location in NoHo, and a downtown Seattle spot near the Amazon Spheres.
The expansion also lines up with broader industry momentum. The global Greek yogurt market was valued at roughly $34.8 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow to $55.1 billion by 2030, according to Grand View Research. North America represents the largest regional share of that market, capturing 36.4% of global sales in 2025 as consumers lean into high-protein, functional dairy options, per the IMARC Group.
For now, Go Greek's exact opening date and franchisee at BLVD Las Vegas remain unconfirmed. But with the world's largest In-N-Out Burger already drawing crowds to the complex's dining floors and more concepts still to come, the yogurt chain will have plenty of company — and plenty of foot traffic — when it finally reopens its doors on the Strip.
