The bulletin posted Friday lists Rucker, born Sept. 8, 1988, as wanted on the warrant, which Crime Stoppers said was active as of Tuesday. The organization’s Facebook alert does not detail what led to the aggravated-assault warrant and emphasizes that people listed in its notices are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
