Kroy Biermann was photographed kissing Jillian Green during a weekend hike in Alpharetta, Georgia — and Green just so happens to be the ex-wife of Kim Zolciak's current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz. The retired NFL player and reality TV world got a fresh jolt of chaos this week when the pictures surfaced, tying together two already-bitter Georgia divorce cases into one tangled romantic knot.
The kiss, first reported by Cleveland.com, wasn't the first time Biermann and Green had been spotted together. Back in May, the pair were seen laughing and embracing in a parking lot after a three-hour hike, though no kissing was involved at that point, according to Taste of Reality. Green publicly brushed off that earlier sighting as nothing more than a friendly outing, and in a sworn deposition she stated that she and Biermann were just friends who had only met once.
Text Messages Undercut Green's Sworn Testimony
That claim hasn't held up well. Text messages submitted during Mowitz and Green's ongoing divorce revealed that Green had actually communicated with Biermann far more extensively than she let on under oath, according to TMZ. Per Page Six, Mowitz has also testified that he personally observed Biermann's vehicle parked outside Green's residence while the couple's children were present, and he has referenced neighbor reports claiming Biermann is frequently at the house.
Mowitz, a Georgia-based real estate and energy entrepreneur who founded Infinitus Energy in 2009 and co-founded asset-management firm Imperium Blue in 2014, married Green in June 2017 before filing for divorce in March 2025. In July, he filed court documents asking a judge to prohibit Biermann from visiting Green's home altogether, citing safety concerns tied to what he described as Biermann's alleged history of domestic incidents with Zolciak and unpredictable behavior. Green and Mowitz share custody of minor children amid the pending split, and the same filing sought legal permission for Mowitz to retrieve a valuable weapons collection from the former marital home, inventory his wine collection, and install a lock on the wine cellar — Green currently holds exclusive temporary use of that property under court order.
Zolciak Says She's Provided for Biermann for a Decade
Kim Zolciak, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, has been dating Mowitz since late 2025, and both say they're unconcerned about whatever is happening between their exes. But Zolciak hasn't stayed quiet about the emotional toll. She said she has provided for Biermann for 10 years and believes he wants another provider, and she said she is very worried about the children Mowitz shares with Green.
Zolciak, 47, has described her own divorce proceedings with Biermann as marked by no movement, no change and constant antics, and she has said the marriage may never legally conclude. She and Biermann filed for divorce in 2023, though the separation has involved multiple reconciliations and withdrawn filings in the years since. The two married in November 2011, share four biological minor children, and Biermann legally adopted Zolciak's two adult daughters, Brielle and Ariana, during their 12-year marriage, per Us Weekly.
Subpoenas, Custody Fights, and a $100 Million Trust
The legal entanglements don't stop at the kissing photos. In March, Zolciak agreed to give a private, confidential deposition regarding any gifts, loans, or travel funded by Mowitz, after Green subpoenaed her in the $100 million divorce battle between Mowitz and Green — a subpoena Green reportedly served Zolciak in a high school parking lot in late 2025. That same month, Biermann filed his own court documents seeking sole custody of his children with Zolciak, accusing her of fraud and deceit when she signed their temporary joint custody agreement and claiming she was frequently absent from the home for weeks at a time, according to Reality Blurb.
Green, for her part, alleged in May court filings that Mowitz used a private financial trust to fund what she called an extravagant, if not obscene lifestyle with Zolciak, and she requested hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal relief. Mowitz's trust and asset portfolio are estimated at $100 million. Kyle Mowitz has said he does not believe Biermann and Green connected out of spite.
The financial strain has hit Zolciak and Biermann's household directly. The couple sold their 15,000-square-foot Milton, Georgia mansion for $2.75 million in early 2025 — less than half of its initial $6 million asking price from October 2023 — resolving years of foreclosure threats from lender Truist Bank, according to Realtor.com. Hoodline previously reported on the mansion's earlier price cuts and the backlash Zolciak faced over cosmetic spending amid mounting debts, including a $1.1 million tax debt that surfaced during the same period.
