Storm Chances Return Wednesday
A slight chance of showers arrives Wednesday morning between about 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., followed by a chance of showers and thunderstorms through the afternoon. The rain chance is around 20% during the day and rises to 30% Wednesday night, when the low will be near 71.
Thursday could start with a few showers before 7 a.m., followed by a slight chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms under mostly sunny skies. The high should reach about 92, and the chance of rain tapers off Thursday night as skies turn mostly clear.
Heat Builds Again By The Weekend
Friday looks sunny with a high near 92, followed by a warmer weekend with highs around 94 Saturday and 95 Sunday. Overnight lows will stay mostly mild, ranging from the upper 60s to the low 70s, so the morning relief will be limited as summer turns the thermostat back up.
