A new drive-thru coffee stand is about to give Aurora, Indiana its own dose of the 7 Brew craze that has swept the Greater Cincinnati region. The shop at 1000 Green Boulevard opens its windows to customers on Monday, September 21, kicking off a week of free drinks before capping things off with a T-shirt giveaway.
The drive-thru will welcome customers on Monday, September 21, according to eaglecountryonline.com. To celebrate, 7 Brew is offering one free small drink per customer during what it calls Community Hours, running each day from September 21 through September 25. Those hours are set for 8 to 9 a.m., noon to 1 p.m., and 5 to 6 p.m., per the same report.
The freebies don't stop with opening week. On September 26, the chain is holding a Swag Day, and customers who buy a large drink will get a free T-shirt while supplies last, the outlet reports. It's a familiar rollout pattern for the fast-growing chain, which has used similar giveaways to introduce itself to new markets around the country.
What's on the Menu at the New Stand
Like other 7 Brew locations, the Aurora shop is built as a small, drive-thru-only stand — no dining room, no counter service. As The Cincinnati Enquirer describes it, the format relies on two drive-thru windows and specializes in coffee, tea, Italian sodas, smoothies, milkshakes, lemonades, energy drinks and hot chocolate. The chain has built a following in part by offering more than 20,000 possible drink combinations, according to the same report.
The eaglecountryonline.com report lists a similarly broad menu for the Aurora location, including original and classic coffees served hot, iced or frozen, along with energy drinks, fizz sodas, teas, chai, matcha, lemonades, smoothies and shakes. Every 7 Brew stand nationwide is built around the same double-lane drive-thru layout with no service windows inside, according to USA Today.
Joining a Crowded Cincinnati Lineup
Aurora becomes the latest addition to a rapidly filling map of Greater Cincinnati 7 Brew stands. Existing locations in the region include stands in Symmes Township, Forestville, Newport, Florence, Hamilton and West Chester Township, per the Enquirer's reporting. That same report notes the chain also planned a Delhi Township location at the site of a former Frisch's restaurant, which would give the brand seven locations across Greater Cincinnati.
The expansion into Aurora fits a much bigger national growth story. 7 Brew was founded in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, per USA Today, and has been adding hundreds of stands in just the past few years. The chain added more than 500 locations since 2023 and, as of the USA Today report, had recently opened its 777th stand in San Antonio, Texas, with 27 more stands slated to open that same month.
A Chain on a Growth Tear
Industry trade coverage backs up just how fast that growth has accelerated. According to QSR Magazine, 7 Brew added a net 281 restaurants in 2025, up from 141 in 2024 and 140 in 2023, and closed out 2025 with 604 total units not counting two non-traditional locations without a drive-thru window. The trade publication reported that 7 Brew had projected 437 new franchised outlets alongside 10 corporate openings for 2026.
Sales figures cited by the outlet suggest why franchisees keep signing on. Locations open for the entirety of 2025 averaged $2.658 million in annual total sales, according to the QSR Magazine report — a figure the publication says outpaces reported averages for Starbucks, Dutch Bros and Black Rock Coffee. Restaurant Dive separately reported that the brand had 321 locations at the close of 2024 and grew its unit count by more than 50% over the following ten months, en route to opening its 500th store in Toms River, New Jersey.
