Friends last saw Morrow around 7:30 p.m. that day in the Florence area, and later that evening, officers spotted her leaving Three Rivers Casino — but she turned down their offer of assistance.
Vehicle Was Captured by a Traffic Camera
According to KATU, Morrow may be driving a red 2016 Mazda SUV bearing Oregon license plate 025-HWZ. A Flock camera captured that vehicle traveling west on Highway 126 at Spruce Street just before 11:30 p.m. Sunday; no further Flock camera reads of the plate have been reported since.
A report from Oregon Beach Magazine pins the exact time of that camera hit at 11:27 p.m. on September 20, matching the westbound direction on Highway 126. The outlet adds a detail that sharpens the concern: no further Flock reads on that plate have occurred since that time.
Police Formalized the Search Two Days Later
Florence Police entered Morrow into state and national missing person databases on September 22, two days after she was last confirmed seen, per the same outlet's report. Officers say Morrow has a history of going missing under similar circumstances, possibly compounded by the onset of dementia — an attribution that comes directly from the department itself. Police have described her disappearance as an active and ongoing investigation.
A TripCheck road-conditions alert lists Morrow as a white female standing 5 feet tall and weighing 103 pounds, with blue eyes and gray hair; her clothing at the time she went missing is listed as unknown.
