High Stakes Fest is bringing its outdoor dance-music lineup back to AREA15 this month, with NGHTMRE, Wuki and a stacked bill of electronic acts set to take over the venue's A-Lot for a two-day run on Friday, September 25, and Saturday, September 26. The festival's owners, Brandon Rainbolt and Shawn Perera, are promising a mix of world-class artists, rising talent and immersive experiences across the weekend.
Rainbolt and Shawn Perera joined KLAS 8 News Now to discuss the return of High Stakes Fest, which will once again set up in AREA15's A-Lot at 3215 S. Rancho Dr., according to AREA15. Beyond NGHTMRE and ACRAZE, this year's bill also includes JOYRYDE, Getter, Ship Wrek, Softest Hard and Daniel Allan, per details compiled by Edmtrain.
Corporate Backers Join a Local Promotion Outfit
The September edition is presented by Unity Events and sponsored by tequila brand Casamigos, according to a post from AREA15 Entertainment. Rainbolt and Perera are the owners of High Stakes Fest. Other Las Vegas venues mentioned in connection with the festival include Discopussy in Downtown Las Vegas and Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan, per Edmtrain.
This isn't High Stakes Fest's first run at AREA15. The event previously staged a one-night winter edition in the A-Lot on December 27, 2025, for an 18-and-over crowd, as reported by Las Vegas Weekly. The September dates are scheduled as a two-day event.
AREA15's Outdoor Lot Becomes a Festival Hub
The A-Lot is an outdoor event space, while AREA15 also includes indoor spaces. That flexible setup has helped the venue support recurring music programming without competing directly with the region's biggest spring festivals.
AREA15 itself has grown considerably since opening off the Las Vegas Strip in 2020. The district expanded from a single 200,000-square-foot facility into a 40-acre entertainment complex that surpassed 15 million cumulative visitors by August 2025, according to Nevada Business. That same month, AREA15's expansion debuted with Universal Horror Unleashed as its anchor attraction and a repurposed Boeing 747 aircraft used as an event and nightlife venue, as detailed by Blooloop.
A Growing Roster of Attractions
More recently, the Museum of Ice Cream was set to open in July 2026 at an approximately 30,000-square-foot location inside AREA15's expansion zone. Hoodline previously covered that planned opening in a giant ice cream playground debut.
Those additions continue a run of attractions and events that have made AREA15 a fixture beyond music alone. High Stakes Fest arrives amid Las Vegas' electronic-music programming. The festival will take place at AREA15, giving local fans and visitors another event option.
