Nisi Greek Grill is planned for 5509 Park Place at Parkway Bank Park, where it will take over the former Saltwater Coastal Grill space. The changeover is underway, but the opening date is not settled: Chicago Food Magazine reports an October target, while the Daily Herald reported that Mayor Brad Stephens said the restaurant could open as soon as the end of September.

The restaurant is a Forte Hospitality project. Nisi is set to serve a Greek and Mediterranean menu.
Visitor figures provide context, not a forecast
Rosemont’s visitor economy is relevant background for a restaurant opening in its sports and entertainment complex, but villagewide figures cannot establish demand for one business. The Village of Rosemont Finance Department lists 6,218 hotel rooms and average occupancy of 63% in 2022, and reports that hotel and room taxes generated $16.5 million for the village in 2025. Those figures cover different years and measure the village as a whole, not Parkway Bank Park or Nisi’s expected sales.
