Owner Fabio Bartolotta is working with partner Christie Bellino, who grew up in a family of New Jersey pizzeria owners, on the Italian-American menu and New York-style pizza concept at the new takeout-focused restaurant, as detailed in coverage of the restaurant.

What's New on the Menu
The expanded lineup leans into both classic Italian-American comfort food and creative pizza toppings. Among the standouts is Nonna's spaghetti and meatballs, described on the restaurant's online ordering page as tomato sauce, three housemade meatballs and basil.
The sandwich menu includes a chicken parm hero. A separate Cutlet and Fries item features a crispy breaded cutlet with shoestring fries. For pizza lovers, the menu features a spicy honey pie topped with cup-and-char pepperoni, mozzarella and a hot honey drizzle, alongside a classic Sicilian pie finished with tomato sauce on top.
Classic Styles Still on Offer
Traditionalists aren't left out of the refresh. The menu also includes a four-cheese pizza built with mozzarella, ricotta, provolone and parmigiano, rounding out a lineup that blends familiar comfort dishes with newer additions.
The Pizza Connection is betting that its menu will give customers plenty of reasons to visit.
The restaurant sits within a retail-and-dining district shaped by a local family-owned developer. The Shops of Donald Ross Village describes itself as a 55,000-square-foot destination with 35 businesses, and says Brock Development established the center in 2006 before beginning a reimagining in 2019. Brock, founded in 1973, manages and develops commercial real estate, according to the center’s history. The plaza’s mix of dining, wellness and retail puts the restaurant among businesses serving both neighborhood errands and meals out.
