The forecast shows a warming and drying trend, with warm afternoons and cool nights. Tuesday afternoon and evening should bring breezy onshore winds, with strongest gusts of 20 to 30 mph in exposed regional areas.
Wednesday And Thursday Bring The Warmest Stretch
Wednesday and Thursday are expected to bring inland highs in the middle 80s to middle 90s with a warming ridge influence. Overnight conditions will remain cool, making early mornings much milder than the afternoons.
The National Weather Service notes that pockets of Moderate HeatRisk could develop near San Jose and other inland parts of the Bay Area on Wednesday and Thursday, although no Heat Advisory is in effect. People spending the afternoon outdoors should still plan for water, shade and a slower pace during the warmest hours.

Temperatures turn lower Friday, followed by weekend inland-valley highs broadly in the middle 70s to middle 80s. Monday rebounds to around 80 degrees.
The week will bring warming followed by cooling. San Jose should see marine-layer clouds and clearing through the week, while coastal and bayside neighborhoods may hold onto more low clouds and cooler air, especially overnight.
