How the Parade Comes Together
Wyler FastLane is an annual initiative that selects 25 children facing severe or life-threatening health challenges for a SuperCar experience, according to Wyler FastLane. The event includes a public spectator kickoff at Cincinnati's historic Union Terminal. The Cincinnati Police Department is involved in the event.
Interim Police Chief Adam Hennie, a 26-year veteran of the Cincinnati Police Department who joined as a recruit in 1999 and served as Assistant Chief, was appointed interim chief in 2025, according to the City of Cincinnati.

The children riding in Sunday's parade are patients at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Support Beyond the Parade
Cincinnati Children's says its Child Life Services promote play, education, developmental progress, coping skills and psychosocial support for patients and families. Separately, A Kid Again's Southwest Ohio chapter, based in Cincinnati, says it offers cost-free destination events for families raising children with life-threatening conditions.
A prior edition followed a different route: WXIX reported that the Oct. 13, 2024, parade began at Jeff Wyler's Milford headquarters and stopped at Union Terminal, Fountain Square and the Ronald McDonald House.
Where the Supercars Come From
The Jeff Wyler Automotive Family expanded its luxury offerings in 2026 by acquiring Midwestern Auto Group, adding 14 luxury franchises, including Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini. The group calls the collection The Wyler Collection, according to Hoodline.
