Smyrna police discovered a woman's body Wednesday night while responding to a missing-person call at Park Valley Apartments. Kingston Bradley, an 18-year-old Smyrna man, was arrested in connection with the case.
Officers were called to the complex on Valley Parkway around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, as reported by Fox 5 Atlanta. During a search, they found the woman dead. Police have not released her identity, her age, or the cause of death, and the case remains under active investigation as detectives gather evidence and interview witnesses.
Charges Have Not Been Disclosed
Authorities have not disclosed the exact charges filed against Bradley.

Smyrna has seen a string of violent-crime cases in recent months. In July, Atlanta police and U.S. Marshals tracked a 26-year-old homicide suspect wanted in an outside case to a motel on Cobb Drive, as Hoodline previously reported. Just over a week ago, officers also responded to a targeted doorstep shooting on Snowbird Drive.
Investigation Continues
Police have not yet released the identity of the woman found dead. The Smyrna Police Department has said the investigation remains active as detectives continue interviewing witnesses and reviewing evidence from the scene.
