Thundercat is bringing his Distracted AF Tour to the Miami Beach Bandshell on Collins Avenue next Friday, October 2, with the show set to start at 7 p.m. The bassist and vocalist, born in Los Angeles, is touring behind his new album Distracted, and the Miami stop lands right as the record continues to generate buzz for its sprawling list of collaborators.
According to music-news.com, Distracted arrived April 3, 2026, via Brainfeeder and features a lineup that includes A$AP Rocky, WILLOW, Tame Impala, Channel Tres and Lil Yachty. The album also includes a previously unreleased collaboration with the late Mac Miller titled “She Knows Too Much,” per the same outlet. Thundercat partnered with producer Greg Kurstin on the record and brought in Flying Lotus, Kenny Beats and The Lemon Twigs for additional production, music-news.com reports. The lead single, “I Did This To Myself (feat. Lil Yachty),” was produced by Flying Lotus and is out now.

The record and tour center on the theme of distraction. The live show blends jazz, funk, R&B, hip-hop and psychedelic soul, and Thundercat is scheduled to appear at the Miami Beach Bandshell as part of the Distracted AF Tour.
