Friday will remain generally dry, with east-southeast winds between 8 and 12 mph and a 0% chance of rain. Skies stay mostly clear Friday night as temperatures fall to around 67, according to the National Weather Service.
Weekend Heat Builds Across El Paso
Saturday brings a high near 89 degrees. Sunday looks even warmer, topping out near 89 degrees under sunny skies, while south-southeast gusts could reach about 20 mph.
Most of the weekend should stay dry in the city, although rain chances increase Sunday into Monday, with a slight chance of thunderstorms and a low near 68.
Small Rain Chances Linger Monday
Monday is forecast to be sunny, followed by a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms, with a high near 86. Monday night has a slight chance of storms and a low near 66.
Tuesday turns sunny again with a high near 84, then conditions become drier and somewhat cooler in the middle of the week. No watches, warnings or advisories are in effect for the El Paso forecast area, and the latest outlook is a substantive update from Hoodline’s Thursday forecast, which had suggested a greater chance of heavier rain early next week.
