A $10 million steakhouse featuring caviar service, $15,000 bottles of Bordeaux and a strict dress code is projected to debut in fall 2026. Caviar Club, an American steakhouse and caviar lounge at 833 E. Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, is moving into the former Unique Treasures building with a 1980s-inspired look and a price category that leaves little doubt about who it's courting.

The concept comes from restaurateur Marc Falsetto and is operated under his Falsetto Hospitality banner, according to Markets of Tomorrow. The project carries a reported price tag near $10 million, per the Sun Sentinel, with design work handled by Garrett Singer Studio to achieve what's described as a glamorous, 1980s-inspired setting, according to the restaurant's own description on Las Olas Boulevard's website.

Roughly half of the 4,200-square-foot space will be given over to a 40-seat martini lounge, the Sun Sentinel reports. The rest is built for serious eating: caviar service, dry-aged and Wagyu steaks, prime rib, and Dover sole filleted tableside are all on the menu, per facts drawn from the restaurant's planning materials and corroborated by a separate first-look at the menu from Browardist, which also notes French dips served with au jus in Baccarat crystal.

A Wine List Built for Deep Pockets

Caviar Club's wine program will showcase more than 300 French and American wines and Champagnes, according to the Las Olas Boulevard listing. At the high end, the list reportedly includes a $15,000 Bordeaux, while a caviar grand tasting is priced in the $2,000 range, the Sun Sentinel reports. The restaurant will also enforce a formal dress code requiring a dress shirt and pants, the same report notes.

Behind the kitchen, Executive Chef Jeremy Loya is set to lead the culinary program alongside corporate pastry chef Alicia Montalvo, according to a leadership announcement from the restaurant group. That same announcement describes Caviar Club as open to the public even as it layers on a private membership tier with added perks.

A Members-Only Opening and Conflicting Dates

Caviar Club's members-only VIP opening date remains unclear, with October 5 and October 20, 2026, both listed as dates in its rollout. Public reservations were slated to open October 27.

The membership angle has been central to Caviar Club's rollout. The club launched with an invitation-only Founding 100 program offering priority reservations, preferred seating and concierge service, the leadership announcement states. The first 100 founding memberships sold out in three weeks, and another limited allocation is planned. Pricing for the membership tier, including any annual fee or monthly dues, had not been made public, per a separate report from Browardist.

Caviar Club is betting that Las Olas diners are ready to dress up for a steakhouse built on 1980s glamour and five-figure wine pours.
