The Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners has wrapped up a property-wide renovation that touched nearly every corner of the 222-room hotel, from guestrooms to meeting space to a brand-new restaurant and bar. The overhaul brings refreshed guestrooms, enhanced amenities, modernized event spaces and a new restaurant and bar to the property, which sits in Peachtree Corners near Norcross, Georgia.

According to lodgingmagazine.com, the hotel completed the property-wide renovation that touches guestrooms, shared amenities and event space alike. The same report, which was also covered by Hospitality Net, says the hotel now provides convenient access to businesses, shopping, dining, sports and entertainment throughout the greater Atlanta area. The project also added a new M Club by Marriott and a redesigned fitness center stocked with new equipment.

New Pool, Patio and Event Space

Beyond the guestroom and club upgrades, the renovation refreshed the hotel's indoor pool and made improvements to the adjoining outdoor patio, per the same lodgingmagazine.com account. The hotel's meeting rooms and pre-function areas have also been updated, the outlet reports, to create more flexible, contemporary settings for corporate meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.

Those meeting spaces add up to nearly 5,000 square feet spread across nine rooms, according to northatlantastar.com, which also reports that the hotel's banquet room can accommodate 240 people. The outlet notes the renovation was announced on October 22.

Exchange 475 Pours 14 Beers on Tap

The centerpiece of the dining overhaul is Exchange 475, described by the lodgingmagazine.com report as a newly reconceptualized restaurant and bar serving American favorites. Its menu includes freshly prepared tacos, handcrafted flatbreads, the signature Marriott Classic Burger and classic Peach Cobbler, the outlet states.

Marriott's own description of the concept, posted on the hotel's dining page, calls Exchange 475 an eclectic American eatery and bar. The page notes the restaurant has 14 draft lines, including four dedicated to revolving local brews, giving guests and area residents alike a rotating lineup of regional beer alongside the food menu.

Rooms Get New TVs and a Celebration Rate

On the lodging side, Marriott's rooms page for the property describes newly renovated guest rooms, refreshed meeting spaces, and an expanded M Club and fitness center. Guest rooms now include new 55-inch televisions with premium channels, according to the same Marriott listing.

Marriott is also promoting a Celebration Rate tied to the renovation, which includes 3,000 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points per night, per the hotel's rooms page. Separately, Marriott describes the expanded M Club as coming soon, telling guests they can book a concierge room to experience it.

Part of a Broader Atlanta Hotel Push

The Peachtree Corners refresh lands amid a period of expansion and upgrades across metro Atlanta's hotel market. A 2024 report from HVS described the region as experiencing broad hotel supply growth, while Hotel Dive has reported that future events, including the 2026 World Cup, are driving further construction in the city. Other properties around the metro are undergoing their own transformations, including a former Presidential Hotel near the Interstate 285/Interstate 85 junction in Doraville that WSB-TV Channel 2 reports is slated for a $53 million conversion into a high-rise apartment building with podcast studios, and the W Atlanta Downtown, which Hotel Dive separately reports is being converted and rebranded as a JW Marriott with an opening planned for spring 2026.
