San Antonio woke to clear skies and temperatures near 60 degrees Friday, but the afternoon will feel more like late summer than late October. Sunshine is expected to push the high to about 86 degrees, with no rain and only light winds.
Warm, Dry Weather Holds Through The Weekend
Friday night temperatures are expected to fall to around 62 degrees. Saturday remains warm near 85, though clouds will increase and east-southeast winds could gust to 20 mph.
A few isolated showers are possible near and south-southeast of San Antonio Saturday morning into early afternoon, but most neighborhoods should remain dry. The latest National Weather Service outlook puts Saturday's rain chance at just 10%.
Sunday looks cloudy with a high near 81; overnight lows remain in the mid-to-upper 50s. Monday stays mild near 82, with partly sunny skies and air that may feel increasingly humid.
Rain Chances Build Early Next Week
The forecast turns a bit unsettled from late Monday night into Tuesday, with rain chances of 15% to 30% before mainly declining Wednesday into early Thursday; overnight lows remain in the low to mid-60s.
That is a modest shift from the earlier Hoodline forecast, which focused on the warm, dry stretch ahead. For now, Friday and Saturday look like the best bets for outdoor plans, with the main weather wrinkle being a warmer-than-fall afternoon rather than severe conditions.
