A 12-year-old boy named Dante Miller was reported missing in Salt Lake City in December 2023 and was later found safe.
Miller was described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and black pants.
Police searched for Miller after he went missing.
Other Juvenile Cases
This is not the department’s first public appeal for a missing young person in recent weeks. Just two weeks earlier, South Salt Lake police sought information on a different missing juvenile, 16-year-old Linsay S., who was described as 5 feet tall and about 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to a report from Gephardt Daily. That notice also directed tipsters to call dispatch at 801-840-4000, referencing a separate case number, LK2026-31312.
In October 2025, two boys, ages 14 and 17, were found safe.
The 2023 Search for Dante Miller
In December 2023, KSL reported that Salt Lake City police were searching for 12-year-old Dante Miller, a boy with autism, last seen near Cornell Street and North Temple on a Sunday. A follow-up from ksl.com said school resource officers later found him safe.
