Price to rent: $5,000/month Price to buy: $145,000 Comes with: Hood/kitchen, and not much else. Single since: August 17th, 2010 This location is a little lonely after coming out of a 10-year relationship with Burger Joint. It was rocking a retro vibe for a while, but now that BJ's gone, it's suddenly having an identity crisis. Basically this is a perfect spot if you're looking for something totally sunny and bright, but also pretty vacant. You know, a place that you can easily mold into whatever you want it to be.

We get it, RNM. You're loaded. Single since: June 9, 2010 This one is dark and attractive, and a bit aloof. Its last relationship ended somewhat... messily, but clearly this space did pretty well in the divorce. Basically, the spot is bigger and has more to offer than 700 Haight, but commands twice the price. It's confident. Maybe a little too confident, given the four months it's spent on the market. Our suggestion? This one needs to open a little, if it really wants its next relationship to work.
