But Saturday, a week before the Lower Haight mural project takes the stage, you can be part of an altogether different priming experience.
Join friends, neighbors, and fellow paint enthusiasts for what could be the world's first-ever priming party, as the UC Berkeley Extension building is prepped for its mural-hosting reincarnation. All you have to do is show up at the corner of Haight and Laguna around 10am Saturday. Paint, rollers, dropcloths and brushes will be supplied. Also, what would a party be without a music? Feel free to bring your boom box, gramaphone, or ipod/speaker combo of choice and get the party a-rockin'. And if you're wondering what music to play at a party like this, might we suggest... Primus?
