Oh hey, did you hear about the Giants? Well, they won. The World Series, that is. And the Lower Haight is going just to the brink of insane.

The block of Haight from Steiner to Fillmore has been closed to traffic, and folks are out cheering, mounting cars, popping champagne, TPing overhead Muni cables, and just plain reveling. It's spectacular. We'll have more photos (and videos!) tomorrow. But for now, neighbors, get out there and enjoy it.
