Last Day to Vote in the 2010 Holiday Window Contest!
It's the final day of voting in the 2010 Lower Haight holiday window decorating contest -- and here's where things stand!

With nearly 300 votes counted this morning, Upper Playground has a big lead with 188 votes. That's probably because the shop's windows were designed by artist Jeremy Fish (the brains behind the Lower Haight mural's pink bunnies), whose legions of fans have apparently turned out the vote. Good news for everyone else though -- we're told that there will be prizes for both First Place and Runner Up, likely in the form of gift certificates to local eateries and such. The race for second place is tighter, with the Giants-themed window of Nickies garnering 50 votes and Animal House next with 16. So, with a strong finish, any of the 10 competitors could be in the running for a prize. To review all the contestants and cast your vote, click here. Voting will end at 3pm today, so be sure to spread the word and help your favorite win!
