Lower Haight Leftovers: 1/21 Edition

It's Friday, which means it's time for some leftovers! Here's a round-up of a few news stories that didn't quite make the front page this week.

- Eater reports that Palmyra (700 Haight) may be open as early as this Monday, with a full day's menu including everything from scrambles to shawarmas. We'll keep an eye on it. - Tomorrow night, Edo Salon (601 Haight) hosts an opening reception for "Spirits, Spooks, Shades, & Spectres: New works by Gabriel Schama." There'll be performances and hand-crafted beer. 8pm-10:30pm. - Looking for a job?

• Cafe du Soleil needs a barista
• Wak Shack Salon needs a receptionist
• So does Edo Salon
• Oh and somebody needs a Creole tutor

- Vinyl, the evening wine bar at Cafe Divis (359 Divisdaro) launches tonight, according to their website. Or tomorrow night, according to their Facebook page. So, it's almost definitely starting this weekend.
