Hapa Ramen Pop-Up at Wing Wings Tonight
On most Tuesday nights, things at 422 Haight Street go quiet, as it's Wing Wings's regular night off. But tonight the space will be a-hoppin', playing host to a pop-up night curated by Hapa Ramen.

On the menu tonight will be Hapa's signature bowls of ramen: Braised Pork, Fried Chicken, the vegetarian Miso Market bowl, and the Big Daddy (a combination of all three plus egg). But they'll also be featuring some new items, including Fried Shrimp with Meyer Lemon, Onion Garlic Pate and Pork Rillette, and sides of Crispy Smoked Trotter Cake and Angry Korean Dumplings. The pop-up goes down from 6pm to 9pm tonight, and it's cash only, so bring some bills. On a side note, Wing Wings is launching new winter hours: opening at 5pm on weekdays, 11am on weekends. They'll still be closed on Tuesdays though, meaning you can probably expect more pop-ups like tonight's in the future.
