Soup Freaks location to be K-Pop Restaurant

Reader Andy Moran tipped us off to who the next tenant will be in the short-lived Soup Freaks location at 18th and Castro. The restaurants name will be K-Pop and has the same owner as Barracuda Sushi and Osaka Sushi which are both in the Castro. I think the Castro may be sushi'd out, so what can we expect from this new restaurant? What will it's format be?
