A reader tipped us off that the 7-11 (3998 18th St) at Noe and 18th is up for sale. Postlets has the business listed at just above half a million dollars. After a brief phone call with the listing agent, Andrew Rubio of LeBon Real Estate, he noted that it is just the business that is up for sale, so we can expect that the 7-11 will continue to be in business, just under a new owner.
