Jardinière Chef to Appear on ABC's "The Chew"Facebook/Jardinière
Traci Des Jardins, the chef/owner of Jardinière at 300 Grove Street, will be a guest tomorrow on ABC's daytime show, The Chew.

As described by the restaurant, The Chew is "a cooking/talk show centering on food and lifestyle topics. It is co-Hosted by Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly, and Daphne Oz." Tomorrow's episode will be a "Salute to Summer," with Des Jardins joining the Chew crew to make grilled pork chops with cherry almond salsa. Other chefs on the show will be making BBQ chicken, grilled veggie salad, and a watermelon and cucumber punch. And to promote the episode, Jardinière is hosting a special preview event tonight, with a prix fixe menu highlighting dishes that will be featured on tomorrow's show. For $49, you'll get the summer vegetable salad, the pork chop with cherry salsa, and a watermelon popsicle, plus wine pairings. Jardinière is open tonight starting at 5pm, and you can make reservations via OpenTable. The Chew airs tomorrow at noon on ABC.
