The original Silky Touch salon is moving out of its space at 316 Fillmore this week.
The proprietors are directing all customers to Silky Touch's newer, larger salon around the corner at 544 Haight. When that location opened two years ago, we expected the original to close shortly thereafter. But no -- the Lower Haight has been enjoying multiple Silky Touches since then. So, with the consolidation, 316 Fillmore is now available for rent. It's $3,600 a month for 700 square feet, in case you're interested.
