In our ongoing effort to get to know the canine residents of our neighborhood, we'd like to introduce you to Winston.
Winston is a dignified Cairn Terrier. Or, as his person, Austin, calls him, a "Toto Dog." He lives near the corner of Page and Ashbury, and you can find him at the panhandle a few times per day. He's about 49, in dog years. You can recognize him by his sporty haircut, his enthusiastic ears, his black head, and his salt-and-pepper body.
He enjoys fetch, but only with other dogs' toys (never his own). His other interests include prancing, and finding delicious snacks in the grass at the panhandle.
Next time you see Winston, give him a scritch.
