Full Bar, Later Hours Headed To Noir Lounge

In the past couple of weeks, Noir Lounge has been hinting at big news to come.
The bar at 581 Hayes unveiled the first bit of information last week, with the announcement of new expanded opening hours. Previously only open until 10pm on weekdays, it will now be open until midnight on weeknights, and until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Curious about what else might be on the way, we decided to get over there and find out what was going on. We spoke to owner Brian Cassanego, who confirmed to us that, in addition to the new hours, Noir Lounge has finally received its brewpub license, which it applied for back in January.
This means that in the next few months, Noir is going to be working towards extending its already impressive menu of wines and beers to include a full bar and a cocktail menu. And, as Cassanego let on in January, it will likely be adding house-brewed beer soon, though these plans are being kept under wraps for now.
It's still early days, as the license was just approved, but look for the changes to take effect sometime in the fall. Noir has already adopted the new hours, so stop by for a late-night beer or wine while they get the full bar stocked and ready to roll.
