As we previously reported, Bespoke Cut & Sew, a custom and prêt-à-porter milliner, has opened shop at 1645 Haight St., the space formerly occupied by the shrinking So Good Jewelry, which closed last fall.
1645 Haight is Bespoke's fourth brick-and-mortar location and its first foray into the Northern California market. The brand, based in Southern California, joins the regiment of L.A.-rooted clothiers like RVCA, Pink + Dolphin, Diamond Supply Co., and Aviator Nation, all of which have set up shop on Haight Street.
Bespoke focuses on baseball caps, and in fact, the only sign up in the window so far is for New Era hats. Back in February, we spoke with Bespoke's Brandon Williams, who told us that the company specializes in dismantling hats and hand-sewing "fabrics, leathers, authentic skins back onto hats by the request of our customers."

We spoke yesterday with Andrew from Bespoke, inside the busy new shop. Andrew said he had helped build out the new space and opened shop last Saturday. "You guys have got great foot traffic," he said. "I love it, I mean, I'm a hat guy and I get to work around almost 1,700 different kinds of hats."
With Bespoke now open after the Tibetan Gift Shop shuffle last summer, that makes the Fresh Apparel space at 1603 Haight (formerly Bang-On t-shirts) the last vacant storefront on the block. Fresh Apparel put up signs in the window last July when it prepared to move in, but has yet to open.
