Socketsite reports that the building housing the former Streetlight Records (2350 Market St.) has sold for $1.85M, noting that it's a "prime candidate for redevelopment" because it’s zoned for up to 65 feet in height. Streetlight closed on Aug. 1st after 35 years in business; the 1,750-sq.-ft. retail space and 1,500-sq.-ft. upstairs flat were both vacated for the sale.
