Have you missed some of the stories we covered this week in the Castro? Here's your opportunity to get up to speed with everything that's been going on—and to find out what to do this weekend.

Earlier this week, we reported on the good news that Castro favorite Zapata Mexican Grill has gotten a tentative one-year lease extension from landlord Les Natali, allowing it to continue serving food in the Castro until October 2016.

In other restaurant news, Finn Town will be moving into the former Janchi/Mandu location on Market. Details are slim, but we hope this restaurant can break the location's curse: three restaurants have closed there in the past year.

After a quiet few weeks of crime in the Castro, there was a recent uptick in incidents over the past few days. Our crime roundup has all the details.
