If you're considering having a beer in the neighborhood tonight, head over to The Page and support senior dog rescue while you're sipping. From 6-9pm tonight, a fundraiser for Muttville Senior Dog Rescue is taking place, with 10 percent of all profits during the evening going to Muttville, a nonprofit which provides fostering, medical care and adoption services for dogs seven years and older. A raffle will be held at 8pm, with all proceeds raised going to the senior dog rescue. (Raffle prizes so far include donations from Black Nose Trading, Vinyl Wine Bar, Falletti Foods, The Animal House, and Dog Patch SF.)
The downside? The event is people-only, so you'll have to leave your four-legged friends at home.
