Update, 4:40pm: According to KTVU, a woman on the BART platform began screaming that her baby was missing around 4:11pm. Police believe the baby's father took the baby and went onto another train. Delays are continuing, due to the investigation.
Update, 4:48pm: The kidnapping has been confirmed to be domestic in nature, and service is being restored.
The 'kidnapping' was a domestic dispute prompting police activity. System restoration is in progress.
