Renderings have been released for a new housing development on Franklin at Market. The eight-story, 35-unit condo building, which has been under construction since the middle of last year, is currently a plywood shell. But soon, it will become another modern addition to the Market Street stretch.
Curbed first broke the news of the building's new website and renderings earlier this week. The project, which comes from developer JS Sullivan, is one of many new housing developments being constructed in and around Hayes Valley.

"Modern city dweller meet modern city dwelling," reads the new website for One Franklin. "It may be a city corner, but when it’s your home, it’s the center of your universe."

The building will feature studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. An interior courtyard on the second floor, as well as a landscaped deck on the sixth floor, will offer some outside space for the building's future residents.
Each unit will include quartz countertops in the kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and brand-new oak floors.

The building will not have any car parking, though spaces for bikes will be available. As an added perk, buyers will be offered partnerships with Uber for rides around town, Market Street Cycles for bike repairs, Hello Alfred for errands, and Luke's Local for grocery deliveries.
The completion date for the building hasn't yet been announced, but the website hints that sales will begin in Spring 2016.
