The Hop-On Hop-Off tour bus driver who fatally struck a pedestrian on Divisadero and Post last weekend has been found at fault and cited for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. The Chronicle reports that Vincent Jones, 61, was narrating while driving the tour bus, a violation of a city code which prohibits doing both at once.
Pieter Roell, 82, was killed at the scene.
