44-Unit Condo Building At California & Powell Wins Approval

Yesterday, we wrote about a 44-unit market-rate condo development planned for the southeast corner of California and Powell streets. As anticipated, the Planning Commission unanimously voted to approve the 65-foot building during its meeting yesterday afternoon. 

Construction on the building should begin in 2017 and wrap up in 2019. Read our previous story for more on the new development on the way.
