A tiny bottle shop selling local craft spirits will be built into Nob Hill’s Soda Popinski’s, despite neighbor concerns about “meandering drunks making raucous noises.”

SF's kitschiest Tiki bar experience, The Tonga Room at the Fairmont Hotel (950 Mason Street), will be welcoming guests and people who just want to Instagram the rainstorms starting July 9.

The $22 million facility was financed entirely through private donations, and gives San Francisco a third Planned Parenthood location for low or no-cost reproductive care.
