Tonight, visit the Sunset branch library for a free seminar led by psychotherapist Dr. Asya Grigorieva called "The Art and Science of Becoming Happier." In her presentation, Grigorieva will share techniques for establishing new habits and modes of thinking that promote what she terms "Positive Psychology."

Had your fill of burgers and burritos? Sunday's farmers market offers multiple chances for redemption, with a dazzling variety of sustainably raised foods grown in Northern California.
