SFPD is asking for the public's help locating 58-year-old Reyes Moncada, Moncada, 58, who is Latino, is 5'6", 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He suffers from dementia and a traumatic brain injury, and has gone missing before—last time, he was found in Walnut Creek. 

Moncada was last seen around 10:30pm on Sunday, April 3rd at Golden Gate and Market, inside of a Yellow Cab (number 1349) that was traveling eastbound on Golden Gate towards Taylor Street. He was last seen wearing a long black jacket with fur, a black baseball cap with a Mexican flag on it, black pants, black Fila shoes, and a grey and black plaid shirt.
