A new message has gone up at the corner of 18th and Castro, where a memorial to the 49 victims of the Orlando nightclub shooting came down last week.

In response to the recent deaths of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, a chalk message was written stating, "Black Lives Matter! No More Police Murders."

After last night's peaceful protest in Oakland, which saw the shutdown of the 880 freeway, another rally and march is planned in San Francisco today. It begins at Justin Herman Plaza at 6pm.
