Reports are coming in of a suspicious package found on S. Van Ness between Market and Mission streets. Investigators are on the scene, and S. Van Ness is closed to traffic between Market and Mission, forcing Muni to reroute around the area.
According to reports, the suspicious package is an abandoned pressure cooker left on the sidewalk near the Muni stop outside Goodwill. A shelter in place order has been issued for people inside nearby buildings.
