The Shower Your Baby with Love Community Baby Shower began in 2003 is an initiative to educate new and expecting mothers and their support networks on how to have a healthy pregnancy and childbirth, rearing a healthy child, positive parenting skills, relationships and living a healthy lifestyle. Today, the Community Baby Shower serves over 600 mothers, fathers and supporters. In addition to receiving premier education from some from of the top medical professionals, participants also receive free health screenings and gifts for parents and baby products for healthy pregnancies, childbirth and child rearing. The event is free and open to anyone who registers.

One of the most adorable events on the Pride calendar is Pet Pride! Pet parents, local vendors and the community gather for an afternoon of play and music centered around our loving animals. It is a highlight for many in our community who celebrate their Pride as both LGBTQ-identified individuals and as pet parents. In addition to our community members, we are also joined by local animal shelters, pet-centric business owners and nonprofit organizations to engage with the community.
