You are cordially invited to an exclusive table read by local writers and actors as part of a Film Indy celebration at the historic Athenaeum. Just three years ago, the first ever Indianapolis Film Office was created through a public/private partnership with Visit Indy, the Central Indiana Community Foundation and the city of Indianapolis. Under the leadership of our first film commissioner, Teresa Sabatine, and the Film Indy Board of Advisors, we have generated more than $21 million in direct spending, as well as the creation of 1,600 industry-related jobs through more than 300 new film and television projects in Indianapolis. We eagerly move to the next chapter and request that you join us to celebrate this transition and also our recent successes.
