Pierre was found as a stray with his bunny wife, Marie. After less than a week in their foster home, Pierre became a daddy when Marie surprised everyone by giving birth to a litter of adorable babies! Soon, Pierre will be neutered and will be looking for his forever home along with his mate. But in the meantime, he is busy being spoiled by his foster parents and learning what life is like as a house bunny. Pierre is bonded to Marie.

Violet is a lovable female mini rex rabbit being kept at Indiana House Rabbit Society.

Poor Violet was set free to live on her own outdoors. By the time a neighbor spotted her, she'd been outside over the winter and spring had come. Violet is very wobbly with a presumed neurological condition. She was covered in ticks and really struggles to move around, with her wobbly, stiff walk. She falls over fairly frequently. Despite her troubles, Violet is so sweet. She loves to be petted and just craves attention. We still haven't been able to diagnose the cause of her condition. Violet needs to stabilize before she can be spayed and potentially adopted to a new home.

About Claus:

My name is Claus (it rhymes with house). When I was a baby I was dropped off at a shelter in a box with the rest of my family and I was super shy but I sure did grow out of that because now I am the complete opposite of shy! I love to sit next to people and get as much attention as possible. I'm very curious and often stand on my tippy-toes trying to get a good look at everything going on around me outside my pen. I would probably make a great bunny for a first-time rabbit owner.

Piper is a feisty young bunny who seems to never run out of energy! She can jump over shorter pens with no problem and is always ready for playtime. While she is not overly fond of other bunnies and probably would not be a good candidate for bonding, she is very friendly with people and enjoys attention. She doesn't mind being held for short periods of time and enjoys being petted.

Cleo was found as a stray bunny during the winter with several other stray bunnies. She was brought into a shelter and while she was waiting to be spayed, she gave birth to eight little babies. She successfully nursed all her babies and they have gone on to find forever homes. She is a sweet girl that loves attention, really loves food and tolerates being held. She is looking for a home where she can relax after the hard work of raising babies and just live the life of a pampered house bunny!

My name is Clive and I am an active, playful, rough-and-ready bunny who wants to hop around all night and day and play as long as I possibly can. I am full of energy. I'm OK with being held for short periods of time and I enjoy ear rubs, but to be honest I'd rather be playing. I'd probably make a good first-time bunny for someone who can keep up with me!

Nellie is a recent intake from a confiscation of 450-plus rabbits in Texas in March 2019. She seems pretty shy — she's never been in a house before! Nellie has a little attitude and just needs some time to understand her nightmare is over. She appears to be an older bunny, probably used to breed other bunnies. Nellie is retired and living a pampered life now! She is very curious about everything around her. She loves to explore her environment and everything in it, and is quite courageous.
